Manage the NVC processing stage for an approved immigrant visa petition. This service covers the preparation and submission of all required NVC documents, including DS-261 (choice of agent), I-864 Affidavit of Support, civil documents, and fee payment coordination.

Who Qualifies: Beneficiaries outside the U.S. with an approved I-130 or I-140 whose case has been transferred to the NVC for consular processing.

NVC fees and government filing fees are separate.
