Apply for a work permit as a standalone filing. Eligible categories include DACA recipients, TPS beneficiaries, parolees, spouses of H-1B visa holders (H-4 EAD), and other qualifying immigration statuses.

Who Qualifies: Individuals eligible for EAD outside the AOS process (DACA, TPS, H-4, parolee, etc.).

Government filing fees are separate and paid directly to USCIS.
