DOT TPA Training (Policies, Random Pools & Trainings) Live Virtual
Course Description
Clients hire a Third Party Administrator because they want DOT compliance handled correctly and without hassle. This live 75-minute session is for people who run or want to start a TPA or consortium service. It covers the business side: writing client policies, managing random pools, delivering required trainings, and building service offerings that are compliant and profitable.
You’ll learn how to structure your services, protect your business with clear contracts, and run efficient systems that scale as your client list grows. The session includes practical examples, templates to model, and time for your questions.
Who should attend: New and aspiring TPA owners, consortium managers, safety consultants adding DOT services, compliance and HR professionals, and DOT students preparing to enter the field.

- Set up and manage random pools, including selection, notification, and documentation.
- Plan and deliver required trainings for supervisors, DERs, and employees.
- Structure service packages, pricing, and client agreements.
