DOT regulations require collectors to complete mock collections as part of qualification — this isn’t optional practice, it’s a compliance requirement. If you’ve completed your training elsewhere and still need this piece, or you’re due for your periodic proficiency demonstration, this covers it.

Retakes:

If proficiency is not demonstrated within the initial 5 mock collections, one retake session is available for $50. Additional retakes may be scheduled as needed at the same rate.
